Every MarblisSound earphone set is secured inside a form-fitting, anti-static shock-absorbing inner tray that isolates the delicate acoustic drivers, charging contacts, and lithium batteries. This sleek product box is then sealed inside a heavy-duty, double-walled corrugated outer box to guarantee your package arrives completely pristine, unbroken, and ready to pair.

For strict personal hygiene, ear canal health, and electronic safety regulations regarding in-ear products, we accept returns only on completely unopened, un-worn earphones in their original, pristine condition and factory-sealed shrink-wrap packaging with all charging cables and accessories completely untouched within 30 days of delivery.
